MEET THE TEAM
At Mac Electrical, it’s the people on the tools that make the difference. From apprentices learning the ropes to qualified sparkies with specialist skills, our team brings experience, energy, and a good dose of humour to every job.
Just as important, we pride ourselves on being the kind of tradesmen you can trust, respectful in your home, fair in our pricing, and always upfront about the work we do.
We’re proud of the results we deliver and the relationships we build with our customers and we reckon it helps to know the faces behind the name.

Hamish
Hamish is the “Mac” behind Mac Electrical. A registered electrician with over 12 years’ experience, he brings specialist skills in heat pump installation, servicing, and repairs, alongside a wide range of domestic and maintenance work.
For Hamish, the best part of the job is meeting new people and working in lots of different environments. He is well known for being hardworking, fun, and fair. Hamish is the guy you want on your job when you need both skill and a good laugh.
He never goes on site without his trusty multimeter (“I’d have been dead years ago without it”). Away from work, Hamish makes the most of weekends with his wife and children, often sneaking in a well-earned sleep in before family adventures.
Morgan
Morgan is in his fourth year of study and well on his way to becoming a fully qualified sparky. He first got into the trade wanting to learn something practical and useful, and since then he’s been fascinated by how electricity powers everyday life. Keen to master pump work and keep building his knowledge, Morgan reckons the best part of working at Mac Electrical is the mix of good laughs and solid learning on site.
His proudest moment so far? Starting and finishing a job, and seeing everything actually work! Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors hiking, hunting, or sharing a beer with mates. Oh, and if you’re lucky, he might even show off his hidden talent which he reckons is riding a unicycle. Considering he’s about six foot tall with a glorious flowing mullet, it would be an impressive sight to behold.
