Service Terms & Conditions

By contacting Mac Electrical or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • If the scope of work changes or we uncover something unexpected, we may need to adjust your quote.

  • Quotes are free unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Job dates will be confirmed via phone or email.

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations at short notice may incur a charge.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest or recovery costs on overdue accounts.

Ownership of Materials

Any materials we supply remain the property of Mac Engineering Ltd until full payment is received.

Liability

  • We take pride in our work and aim to deliver quality, safe electrical services every time.

  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events outside our control (e.g. supplier delays, weather, access issues).

Warranties & Guarantees

  • We honour all manufacturer warranties on products we supply.

  • Our workmanship is guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • If you're not happy with our work, let us know and we’ll work to make it right.
